jinko refund check - Jinko Platform

Check refund eligibility without changing the booking. This command returns no amounts; the customer’s refund and penalty come from the refund preview. Deprecated: use refund preview, which answers the same eligibility with the customer refund and penalty. Checks refund eligibility only.

jinko refund check [options]

Options

`--last-name <name>`	No	Traveler surname, required for guest lookup; owning credentials may omit it.
`--booked-item-id <id>`	No	The booked item to service: booked_item_id from get-booking items[] (an “itm_…” string); required when several items of this domain exist. JSON: booked_item_id.
`--user-intent <text>`	No	the end user’s request in their own words, forwarded to Jinko for observability and relevance (avoid PII). Env fallback: JINKO_USER_INTENT. JSON: `intent.user_intent`.

Examples

jinko refund check --booking-ref JNK-ABC123 --last-name Doe

Read-only, never triggers a refund. check answers eligibility only (is_refundable, is_voidable, support_level) and returns no amounts. Show the customer’s refund and penalty from the refund preview (flight_refund_preview) before committing.
