jinko best-price-guarantee claim

Submit the hotel offer the traveller compared and the lower price they found for the same hotel, dates, guests, room, meals and cancellation terms on another site. Jinko checks the reference and answers pending, offered (a new offer at the matched price; a trip holding it holds nothing else) or declined (decline.reason, and decline.detail where Jinko compared the page). —wait-seconds makes the call wait up to 20 seconds for the result; the check continues either way.
