# Best price guarantee

> Let an AI agent find a lower rate and ask Jinko to match it.

Jinko's Best Price Guarantee is designed for AI agents.

The agent browses the web, looks for a lower rate, and submits the evidence to Jinko. The traveler does not need to search websites or prepare a claim.

## How it works

1. The AI agent searches the web for a lower rate for the same travel option.
2. It compares the price, travel details, included services, and booking conditions.
3. When it finds a matching lower rate, it sends Jinko the source URL and a screenshot of the offer.
4. Jinko verifies that the offer is accurate, equivalent, and still available.
5. If the offer passes verification, Jinko matches the price.

## A simple integration

Choose MCP or the API. You do not need both.

1. Submit the selected Jinko hotel offer, lower price, currency, source URL, and screenshot URL with the `claim_best_price_guarantee` tool or `POST /v1/best_price_guarantee`.
2. Most reviews return a result in the same call. If the result is still pending, read it with `get_best_price_guarantee` or `GET /v1/best_price_guarantee/{id}`.
3. When Jinko returns a matched offer, add it to a trip and continue to checkout like any other hotel offer.

## What the AI agent should send

The AI agent should provide enough information for Jinko to verify the offer:

1. The URL where the lower rate was found
2. A screenshot showing the price and travel details
3. The dates, travelers, and selected travel option
4. The included services and booking conditions shown with the rate

The URL and screenshot should show the same offer. This lets Jinko compare the total price and confirm that the conditions match without asking the traveler to repeat the search.
